Belton's 4th of July, Kick Off BBQ, Carnival, Parade, Rodeo & Fireworks!

Get your buy 1 get 12 free fireworks--just don't shoot them off in city limits--the 4th of July is just around the corner! There's lots to do this weekend. Check it out.
KICK-OFF BBQ
On Friday, June 30 from 11:30 am - 1 pm meet your community members at the annual Kick-Off BBQ in Yettie Polk Park. Enjoy a BBQ lunch provided by Schoepf's. Rockin' Rick will provide entertainment. Adults $5/plate, kids $3. Come join in the fun--it's always a good time.

CARNIVAL
The 4th of July Carnival will open Thursday, June 29th - July 4th at Confederate Park in Belton. Wrist bands for unlimited rides are $20.

PRCA RODEO

Look for the rodeo at the Bell County Expo from Saturday, July 1st - Monday, July 3rd.
At 5:30pm, each day before the Rodeo begins, there will be a Western Gift Show featuring cowboy hats, bling, clothing jewelry and more.
At 7:00 pm the PRCA Rodeo begins. Sunday is Family Night and Monday is Military Appreciation Night. Active Military get in FREE with ID (general admission seating only). Military Families: $5 off per ticket (general admission seating only)

GOD & COUNTRY CONCERT
On Sunday, July 2nd at 3:00 pm come out to the First Baptist Worship Center on 6th Avenue in Belton and enjoy the annual God & Country concert. Admission is Free.

PATRIOTIC PROGRAM
On Tuesday, July 4th at 9:00 am gather the wagons 'round the Courthouse steps in Downtown Belton to hear the Patriotic Program that traditionally kicks off the parade.

4TH OF JULY PARADE
On Tuesday, July 4th at 10 am the annual parade will begin! Parade route starts at Main Street at 10th Avenue, travels south on Main Street to Central Avenue, turns east on Central Avenue, turns north on Birdwell and ends on 4th Ave. Check out all your favorites. I know I'll be looking for the firetrucks!!
FESTIVAL ON NOLAN CREEK
On Tuesday, July 4th after the parade join your neighbors as they celebrate at the Festival on Nolan Creek. Festival will be open from 11 am - 4 pm. At noon, enjoy the music of the Brett Hendrix band. Festival is FREE and open to the public.

FIREWORKS

Fireworks in Belton this year! On Tuesday, July 4th at 7:00 pm finish your celebration at Schoepf's with a FREE Kyle Park concert.

Following the concert enjoy fireworks in Belton this year! Fireworks will follow the show at Schoepf's. (See graphic below).
